Some guidance on the conduct of the registration

Only one account per email address is permitted

1./ Enter your personal email. Thereafter, it will be your username to log into the ORISIS environment.

2./ Choose an associated password with that identifier and confirm.

3./ Your lastname as stated on your ID.

4./ Your fisrtname(s) as stated on your ID.

5./ Click on "Send the application form" to continue.

Check your email (email address specified as an identity) to take note of the email confirmation sent by the application (this may take a few minutes) and follow the instructions to complete your registration and access your ORISIS account.
